By placing an order with Sirrah, you agree to the following terms:

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your shipment is on its way. Preorders are handled differently, please contact us for details on preordered products.

Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Sirrah is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, toothpaste cannot be returned or resold once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will promptly assist.

Payments
We accept major secure payment methods supported by eCRATER. Charges will appear from “Sirrah Smiles.”

Wholesale Orders
All wholesale purchases are final. For bulk or retail partnerships, please contact us directly.
